Join a 15 min guided warmup leading into your free movement exploration. Experience a crafted playlist of worldly delights! This session is aimed towards adults and is focused on play, whilst liberating oneself. On occasions, a little one might join us.

Wear comfy clothing. Freie spende. Everyone welcome.
